We have a huge selection of new comics and graphic novels from major and independent publishers. New release books arrive every Wednesday. Our selection of Manga graphic novels is updated weekly, and we carry new anime toys and magazines. We have something for every reader! Kids love our young readers section, with great titles like Asterix, Spiderman and Archie. We have a great selection of cool t shirts for guys and girls, magnets, posters and statues. Our DVD section features new movies and classic comics choices. We have card games and board games. Collecting supplies, art supplies and how-to books are always in stock. Gift certificates, pull and hold subscription service, and special order service is available! Our friendly, knowledgeable staff can help you find something new to read, or pick out that perfect gift. Come in and see why our customers love their comic shop!
SUBSCRIPTIONS: We offer pull and hold service, with a 5 monthly title minimum . We require monthly pickup for subscriptions. We do not do mail order.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Our special order service allows subscription customers to order what they want from the Previews monthly catalog for reserve in their box. We are also happy to order graphic novels, supplies and other specialty items for non-subscrption customers. Special orders may require prepayment or a deposit. Please be aware that truly unique items may be in short supply, and that international or specialty items may take an extended time to arrive. We will gladly work with book clubs, libraries and groups to order larger quantities of graphic novels or games.
THE DC ANIME CLUB 3rd ANNUAL COSPLAY PARTY
Saturday July 19th 12-8 At Alliance Comics in Silver Spring. This event will feature cosplay photoshoots, cosplay contests, video gaming,food, prizes and a raffle. Admission is $10, and the cosplay contest fee is $5. Join us for this very special event!
